Reporting to the Head of Business Project Services the key purpose of the Portfolio Delivery Leader, this is a permanent role opportunity to join our dynamic and outcome driven team. You will be accountable for delivery of the programs of work within your portfolio and accountable for all governance activities to ensure the delivery adheres to required standards. You will find yourself working within our highly respected Business Project Services Team, which is a centralised function of dedicated delivery experts who provide an enterprise-wide delivery capability to successfully execute a portfolio of initiatives and projects aligned to EnergyAustralia’s strategic goals.

- Superior understanding and demonstrated experience in best practice program and project management competencies including scope, time, cost, quality, stakeholder, communications, cost, risk, procurement and integration management
- Outcome and improvement focused, proactive, business minded, results-oriented and able to satisfy internal customer expectations despite the dynamic business environment and changing business demands
- Proven leadership in managing, motivating, and developing, staff to achieve excellent levels of performance
- Business acumen to identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases and drive for benefits which have a positive impact the “bottom line”
- Proven track record of making sound decisions based on analysis and evidence whilst being a trusted adviser for solutions
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Technology or related discipline
