The Data and Digital Group (DDG) is responsible for the Bureau’s data and technology, software development, and digital channels, underpinning the delivery of products and services with a focus on user-centred designs that respond to customer needs. DDG’s focus is to uplift technology, processes, decisions, skills and culture by building solutions that deliver increased levels of efficiency, productivity, resilience and availability, and leverage new technology. The Group also aims to improve visibility of the Bureau’s exposure to cyber security threats and increase our ability to detect and respond to such threats.

This key role will assist in transitioning of projects from planning to delivery and lead the effective transitioning of completed IT projects to operations.

Working with the Business Engagement function in DDG, the role will assist in the initiation of projects including but not limited to:

- securing funding
- selection and allocation of resources; and
- coordinating procurement for the portfolio under management.
