Our clients' business provides specialist quality electrical, machinery, equipment, consumable supplies and pre-press servicing to the printing, packaging and label industry. Based in
**Mulgrave (3170), Melbourne,**

**Victoria**.

**The Opportunity**:
We require an
**Electrician/Service Technician/Electrical Field Service Technician **to join a team of 15, where you will be required to work both autonomously and within a team, servicing a wide variety of
**printing equipment/machinery** across
**Melbourne's metropolitan** area.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Provide **maintenance, repair & fault-finding services** to the **printing and packaging industry,** including diagnostics & effect repairs to complex electrical systems & components
- Work on a **wide variety of equipment**, from old technology through to state-of-the-art
- Manage **installation, maintenance & break-fix tasks** to support equipment sold by the business
- Provide quality** customer service**, ensuring that clients are well informed of servicing time frames & task progress
- **Keep documentation** of works completed & additional works required

**What's on offer**:

- Full-time **permanent**, **40 hours p/w**;
- Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:30pm + 1/4 weeks on-call rotation duty
- **$95-$110KPA including Super**:

- **4WD dual ute cab vehicle & fuel card**

**Skills & Experience**:
**We're interested in hearing from Electricians/Service Technicians of all experience levels**, however, you will ideally have at least 2-3 years minimum relevant experience.

- Customer service experience & a strong commitment to providing an excellent standard of customer care
- Time/work-load management & self organisation skills
- Current EWP license - preferable
- Industrial Automation experience - preferable
- **Must hold a current Unrestricted Victorian Electrical License**:

- **Must hold a current Victorian driver’s license**:

- **The right to permanently live & work in Australia**
