The opportunity: As a Field Service Technician, you will apply your technical knowledge and service experience to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a range of Endoscopy, sterilization and batch washer equipment in the infection control space. You will help ensure our customers' equipment is functional, safe and in optimal condition and embody Device Technologies' values of Innovation, Collaboration, Ownership and Good Business.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Ideally 2-5 years' experience within endoscopy, Infection control or related service field.
  • Electrical trade license or disconnect/reconnect or similar electrical/electronic knowledge.
  • Experience with SAP; Microsoft Office suite would be highly regarded.
  • Industry trade experience with electrical/electronic or similar would be highly regarded.
What you'll do
  • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain Endoscopy, infection control and related equipment.
  • Ensure equipment is safe, functional and maintained to high standards.
  • Travel to customer sites as required and work collaboratively with teams to meet customer needs.
