**The Role**:
As a Service Technician, you'll step into a thriving industry, providing service and maintenance for cutting-edge product inspection technology. This role encompasses both workshop and field service, primarily catering to global food manufacturers. Travel within Melbourne and occasional interstate trips will be part of this exciting journey.

Job Responsibilities:

- Field and workshop servicing, calibration, repair, and maintenance.
- Set-up, commissioning, and installation of scales, Checkweighers, Metal Detectors, & X-ray inspection systems.
- Maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Conducting regular calibration audits on equipment as scheduled.
- Training customers on the operation of installed machines.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Preparing accurate reports on daily service activities.

**Essential Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong technical and computer skills.
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- High level of personal presentation and communication skills.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Electrical or electronics experience is advantageous.
- NMI accreditation is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
