Temporary WHS Officer opportunity for 3 months
Your new role will be responsible for general administration tasks for WHS, Injury Management and Health and Wellbeing functions including but not limited to - data input, filing, invoicing, purchase orders, archiving, document preparation including revision and creation, scheduling of tasks and programs.

This includes directing all WHS related enquiries as required in line service level standards, representing the WHS Team in a professional manner and maintain confidentiality as required. You’ll be supporting the Service Lead to provide general WHS related advice and support during periods of annual leave cover for the WHS Business Partners.

Ideally, you will have a diploma level qualification in a relevant field or demonstrated equivalent competency. Ideally WHS or HR with strong WHS focus.

You’ll have high-level interpersonal skills including ability to liaise effectively and courteously with internal and external customers including effective conflict management skills. You’ll also need previous administration experience in a dynamic environment. Current National Police Clearance and drivers license is essential.
