This rapidly growing company now has a newly created role for an experienced Relationship Manager to join their successful team and hit the ground running in the Sydney market.

**The role**: If you are passionate about building relationships and developing business, you will enjoy this position. This role is built around relationships, you will be part of high performing team, responsible for growing and retaining an extensive client pipeline. You will be seeking new opportunities within their core market, managing existing clients, and providing solutions and advice on products. All training will be provided and you will have the luxury of working close to home in Smeaton Grange

**What we're looking for**:

- Experience in a similar role
- Expertise in retaining, developing, and increasing a healthy pipeline of customers, whilst building relationships, representing the company in business development activities and generating new business
- Have a high-level understanding of solution selling and the ability to build and maintain client and team relationships
- The ability to drive effective outcomes and deliver superior results
