Client Relationship Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in relationship management, a proven track record of working towards targets and KPIs, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their financial situation, goals, and needs.
  • Provide personalized support to clients, responding promptly to their queries and providing accurate information.
  • Proactively contact clients to maintain effective relationships and identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to communicate with clients through various channels.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years' experience in relationship management.
  • Experience in a sales environment working diversified solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work towards targets and KPIs.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is essential.
