**Your new role**

Looking for an Executive Floor Coordinator to join the team on the Exec floor. You will be based in the modern reception / exec meeting area in Sydney, where you will be responsible for meeting/greeting guests, booking meeting rooms, assisting with admin tasks and ensuring the smooth operations of Exec floor for external and internal guests.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Meeting and greeting visitors/clients upon their arrival
- Assisting with IT troubleshooting - connecting MS teams meeting, PowerPoint etc
- Oversight of all internal meeting rooms - cleanliness/tidiness
- Assist with hospitality to meeting rooms

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Confident in meeting new people face to face
- Hospitality background advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reception / Admin experience
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Able to work Mon-Fri 830am - 5pm
