**Your new role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a
**Level 1**
**ICT Desk-Side Support Officer** to

**Your responsibilities in your new position**:

- **Incident Documentation**: Contact clients and triage incoming client calls, messages, and incidents across multiple channels and attend client desks to identify technical issues
- ** Customer Service**:Ensure all incidents assigned will be resolved in a timely manner with customer service and client outcomes being paramount
- ** Stakeholder Engagement**: Be the central point-of-contact for clients, and display a highđlevel of interpersonal skills and an ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders
- ** Technical Knowledge**: This role will also involve developing Knowledge Base Articles, raising incident tickets in Service Manager 9, and maintaining asset and information systems
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to use both logic and problem-solving skills
- Integrity, responsibility, and reliability
