ICT Support Specialist

  • We are seeking a skilled ICT support specialist to provide floorwalking support for the delivery of DesktopOne Windows 11 migrations.
  • The ideal candidate will work with the DesktopOne Program to ensure successful client transition with software and hardware rollouts.
  • Key responsibilities include contacting clients, triaging incoming calls and messages, and attending client desks to identify technical issues and resolve or escalate as needed.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing Knowledge Base Articles, raising incident tickets in SM9, and maintaining asset and information systems.
  • They will consistently monitor and action interactions and alerts from the service management system and other related systems or communication channels.
  • This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship is a requirement for this role.
  • A baseline clearance is necessary to use the necessary software and provide effective support to the client.
