One of Australia's prominent **Federal Government Departments **in **Canberra** is looking to engage **MULTIPLE** **ICT Support Officers (Level 1 & Level 2) **to join a supportive and high performing team to support he delivery of Windows 11 migrations. The **MULTIPLE** **ICT Support Officers (Level 1 & Level 2) **will have a keen interest in customer service as well as ICT support. The successful **MULTIPLE** **ICT Support Officers (Level 1 & Level 2) **will be offered an initial **6 month** contract along with **a 12 month extension** option partnered with a **rewarding hourly rate**.
The successful **MULTIPLE** **ICT Support Officers (Level 1 & Level 2) **will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Work within a large program of work to ensure successful client transition with software and hardware rollouts
- Be the central point of support to identify technical issues and resolve or escalate as needed.
- Monitor and manage the contact of clients and triage incoming calls, messages and incidents across multiple channels
The successful **MULTIPLE** **ICT Support Officers (Level 1 & Level 2) **will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience in an ICT environment (minimum 6 months)
- Proven customer service skills
- Good computer and literacy skills.
