About the Role

You’ll work closely with our Social Media & Influencer Manager to bring the brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in content creation, influencer marketing, community management, and broader eCommerce operations.

What You’ll Do
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing daily social media content
- Research and help manage influencer and creator outreach
- Track performance, engagement, and user-generated content (UGC)
- Respond to comments, DMs, and support community engagement
- Liaise with freelance designers and photographers for content coordination
- Assist with basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
- Help prepare reports and campaign performance summaries
- Support order fulfillment, including packaging and dispatch coordination
- Be willing to learn Meta Ads setup and assist in campaign organisation

What We’re Looking For
- 6-12 months of social media experience (internships, personal projects, or small brands welcome)
- Understanding of basic graphic design principles and Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- A strong eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and brand alignment
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new digital tools (including Meta Ads)
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury branding
- Willingness to assist with fulfilment and packaging when needed
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva
