Sergio Scali is a luxury Australian brand renowned for elegant hands-free accessories, blending timeless sophistication with everyday function. Based in a stunning harbourfront office in Milsons Point, we’re expanding our digital presence and are seeking a talented, proactive **Social Media & Influencer Manager** to lead our content strategy, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute a high-end social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Create, schedule, and publish daily content with a focus on storytelling, product visuals, and brand engagement
- Manage influencer relationships:

- Identify suitable micro and macro influencers aligned with our brand values
- Reach out directly or liaise with PR/influencer agencies
- Negotiate gifting, collaborations, and affiliate terms
- Track performance and source UGC for reposting and paid campaigns
- Monitor brand mentions and engage with our online community
- Collaborate with freelance designers and photographers to develop visually compelling content
- Plan and manage product launches, giveaways, and seasonal marketing campaigns
- Report monthly on growth, engagement, and campaign performance

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Minimum 1-2 years’ experience** managing social media for a premium, fashion, or lifestyle brand
- **Exceptional communication skills** — written, verbal, and interpersonal
- Confident managing influencer campaigns and communicating with PR/influencer agencies
- Excellent eye for aesthetics, visual balance, and a refined luxury tone
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects
- Experience working with freelance creatives or in small team environments

**Bonus Points For**
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Photography or video editing skills
- PR, media buying, or digital campaign experience
- Familiarity with affiliate tools (e.g., GoAffPro, Shopify Collabs, etc.)
- Experience launching new brands or product lines
