Job description
BBR Agency is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Event Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about the events industry to work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to the success of our diverse portfolio of projects.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various events, including brand activations, communication campaigns, food experiences, and festivals.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution of event plans.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and other event-related details.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Assist in budget management and financial tracking for events.
- Collaborate with the creative team to contribute ideas and insights for event concepts and themes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality and uniqueness of our events.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous internship or relevant work experience in event coordination is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- A passion for the events industry and a creative mindset.

Salary / Contract
Full-time - permanent contract
Starting at AU $55,000 per annum
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
