**Payroll experience essential**: - **Flexible working options and corporate perks such as Fitness Passport**: - **Permanent position with a finance great team** **About this opportunity**: We currently have an opportunity for an experienced **Payroll Officer **to join our payroll team at our Head Office in Greenhills, East Maitland. Permanent full-time position with flexible working options. Main team duties include: - Process payroll for 1800 employees on a fortnightly basis using Pronto payroll system - Preparation and lodgement of all monthly payroll responsibilities such as Superannuation, payroll tax, PAYG withholding tax, STP lodgement - Prepares reports to employees, such as pay advice, superannuation contributions and annual payment summaries, as required - Assist with payroll queries from employees and manager **Are you what we're looking for?**: We are looking for someone who has worked in full-cycle payroll processing for a minimum of 3 years in a high volume environment. You will need to be self-motivated and driven to complete payroll without exception and identify and implement improvements where necessary, but above all, you must be able to work as a team with excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat, "can-do" attitude.
