It’s all aboutthe Job

As part of this creative, collaborative and highly passionate team, you have the opportunity to deliver high value support administration and provide relief from heavy work loads. A varied and expansive role, you will have ultimate responsibility for the professional and confidential administration function working directly for the Managing Director. Your position will streamline her diary and travel itineraries as such your experience and knowledge of organising a busy schedule is imperative. You will be attending meetings with the MD and taking top line notes, also taking responsibility for the office and any catering or office stock has been ordered. You will also have the opportunity to support the Head of Project Management & Studio with their busy diary.

It’s all aboutyou

Your excellent communication skills, your engaging interpersonal style and rapport building expertise, will see you liaising with all organisational divisions, including Finance, Design, Projects, Business Development and Communications. Adaptability is key in this fact paced environment.
