Summary:

About the Company

Our client is a highly respected WA-based investment manager with a strong portfolio of commercial property assets. Their success is built on long-term investor relationships and a commitment to delivering strong results.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an Investor Relations Officer to become an integral member of their Marketing & Investor Relations team. This role would particularly suit an experienced Executive Assistant or Account Manager who excels in stakeholder engagement, coordination, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for wholesale investors, ensuring a warm, professional, and timely response to all queries.
  • Deliver an exceptional investor experience through clear, proactive communication and ongoing support.
  • Support the full investor communication cycle from onboarding to distributions and reporting.
  • Coordinate key processes such as quarterly distribution payments and new fund applications.
  • Maintain and update investor records with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Promote and support investor use of the online portal, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Oversee team collaboration and project timelines to ensure smooth execution of investor-related administration processes.
  • Support the monitoring and reporting of fundraising activity, investor engagement, and communications.
  • Assist in preparing and distributing performance reports, updates, and correspondence.
  • Support the coordination of investor meetings, events, and communications in collaboration with the broader team.

About You

You'll be someone who naturally brings warmth and professionalism to every interaction. You're highly organised, take ownership of processes, and enjoy being a connector across teams and stakeholders.

You will have:

  • Strong background in executive support, account management, communications, or administration.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a genuine focus on client service & experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Project management skills.
  • A proactive, positive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • A current driver's licence and reliable car
