**Role purpose**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Ensure timely and responsive handling of inquiries from both the sales team and customers as a priority.
- Manage purchase orders efficiently, overseeing billing, invoicing, tracking information dissemination and related tasks.
- Lead the process of generating quotes, sales orders and invoices, with both accuracy and promptness.
- Support customer procurement processes including bid management as relevant
- Process purchase orders and coordinate order billing, invoicing, tracking information sharing and any associated tasks.
- Validation of order / invoice details against Salesforce opportunities.
- Manage product lead times and availability requests from customers.
- Investigate and recommend optimal shipping options and communicate with vendors. Ensure shipping compliance with state, federal, and international regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate with external parties to ensure the acquisition and delivery of shipments.
- Engage with customers post-sale and other relevant departments.
- Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Follow up with customers regarding Defence Export Controls (DEC) status.
- Assist with inventory management and coordination of equipment dispatch / returns.
- Provide feedback to the Head of Revenue Operations and the Head of Sales - APAC regarding regional operational performance and areas for improvement

**Skills / Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in order processing and coordination
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, proficiency in data management
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Effective at managing multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing competing priorities, maintaining high level of attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Competence in G-Suites for analysis, data visualisation and reporting purposes.
- Advanced knowledge of SFDC practices, particularly emphasising operational functions
- Familiarity with government trade and export licensing regulations in the EMEA region is advantageous
- Experience in both sales support and customer support settings is required.
- Proficiency in sales order management processes is essential.
