We currently have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as **Revenue Manager - APAC**, part of the Merlin Entertainments group.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of APAC Financial Planning and Analysis with dotted line to Group Head of Revenue Management, you will be responsible but not limited to:

- Work closely with key stakeholders (Trade, Ecommerce & Operations) to ensure every attraction has a plan to optimise its revenue.
- Execute the transition from the yield strategy into a sustainable revenue management model for their nominated attractions.
- Run test and learn case studies for nominated attractions in the region to implement capacity management & dynamic pricing tools.
- Write business case/capital paper for roll out to all attractions in the region.
- Deliver a road map to roll out the capacity management & dynamic pricing tools to all attractions within remit, ensuring the project is delivered on time and on budget.
- Use available revenue management & reporting tools plus quantitative and qualitative analysis to provide insight to the regional leadership teams, identifying opportunities and ensuring each attractions team realises their opportunities.
- Track and analyse commercial benefit following implementation to ensure revenue management is optimized and returns are measured & achieved.
- As the gatekeeper of the pricing & ticket set up for the region, ensure we deliver premium pricing across all products, in all channels, conducting a biannual review and making recommendations to the Divisional teams.
- Form relationships with stakeholders from each of our sales channels.
- Manage a small team of booking platform Super Users.

**About You**

To shine in this role, you will ideally have excellent stakeholder management skill and experience in revenue management and pricing analysis. A passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry is essential.

You will also have
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience on Revenue Management/ Pricing analysis, process improvement and strategy execution.
- Experience working closely with key stakeholder helping influence decision makers.
- Strong quantitative, data analytical skills and methodical critical reasoning skills.
- Experience in Travel & Leisure, hospitality and car rental recommended.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel is required, power BI preferred
- Fast learner and a willing attitude to learn new things, from new concepts, new industry, new skills, new ways to solve problems, to new ways to conduct analyses.
