Accounts Payable Officer

Melbourne, Australia Sharp & Carter Full time

12 month fixed term contract with a view to permanency
- $75,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
- St Kilda Road location (3 days in the office and 2 days from home)

**Position Description**

Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager and working within a large team, you will be responsible for:

- Processing daily payment runs, posting payment runs, and re-sending of remittance advices.
- Processing refunds and reversals as well as urgent payment requests.
- Manual processing of overseas invoices.
- Processing Patient Refunds.
- Invoice verifying and monthly statement reconciliations as well as;
- General AP admin where needed
- Previous experience within Accounts Payable
- Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to prioritise own work, and have excellent time management skills
