We are looking for Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Sydney FOH team, working across our Castlereagh St and Mentmore Ave venues. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-performing team responsible for delivering smooth, warm and memorable service to every guest, every time.

This role involves far more than just order-taking. You’ll become familiar with our product knowledge, confidently navigate POS and payments, maintain FOH cleanliness, and assist in creating beautiful dine-in and takeaway moments with our signature product.

**What the role involves**:

- Providing warm, professional service and connecting with guests
- Using POS confidently to take orders, process payments and refunds
- Demonstrating strong product knowledge: pastries, beverages, dietaries, and retail
- Maintaining clean FOH areas, restocking, operating the dishwasher
- Working variable shifts — including early mornings (from 7:00am), weekends and public holidays

**We’re looking for someone who**:

- Has at least 1 year of FOH or cafe service experience in hospitality or food service
- Communicates clearly and confidently, both with guests and teammates
- Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great guest experiences
- Is organised, adaptable, and ready to work across both Sydney venues
- Barista skills/knowledge desirable
- Has valid working rights in Australia (with at least 6 months remaining on current visa)
