Finance Business Partner

Permanent Part Time - 3 days (Mon & Tue on site, flexible with 3rd day) - Ermington Based - Great growth opportunities within the GWF Business We are looking for a part-time Finance Business Partner to support our operational team at our Chilled & Frozen site of Tip Top based in Ermington. You will be required to work on site on Mondays & Tuesdays with the third day flexible on location and day. Reporting to the Chilled & Frozen Finance Manager, this role will deliver regular timely and insightful analyses on Operations performance, ensuring a thorough understanding of financial results, key drivers, risks and opportunities, to drive business action plans and result in improved business performance. With a finance background, you will be commercially and operationally astute to influence and communicate with business stakeholders. You will enjoy addressing "hands on" issues with the business and will be dedicated to promptly delivering high quality outcomes. Purpose of the Role - Proactively partnering with the Operations teams on the delivery of operational performance and growth opportunities consistent with the goals and objectives of the broader Tip Top strategy - Increase the level of financial/commercial awareness within Operational teams and create an environment where people are aware of the financial consequences of their decisions - Deliver timely monthly financial results, month end reporting and variance analysis whilst engaging your business partners - Proactively support the Tip Top growth agenda, providing relevant insight/evaluation support and analysis including financial modelling, data analytics (using Tableau and other tools) and Business Case development to facilitate decision making - Explore and uncover any potential business improvements to drive EBIT upwards About You - Minimum 4-5 years (post qualification) financial or management accounting or business partnering experience with prior responsibility for monthly financial reporting and budgeting & forecasting - FMCG manufacturing industry experience highly regarded - Self-starter mindset with a desire for ongoing process excellence and continuous improvement Sound analytical experience to deliver clear financial analysis simplistically to non-finance stakeholders - Excellent business partnering skills with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels internally and externally - Strong analytical skills through questioning, seeking input, and anticipating and managing risk, and with good attention to detail - CA/CPA qualification - Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential) - Experience with SAP and Tableau will be advantageous About Us We are Australia's leading brand of quality bread and bakery products.
