Allen Plumbing Supplies is a growing family business that has been a part of the Southern Highlands for over 40 years. We have helped generations with their Plumbing, Civil, Irrigation and Bathroom requirements with excellent advancement opportunities for the right person.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and friendly person to join our growing team. Duties will consist of serving and assisting customers, putting away and maintaining stock levels, deliveries, and general cleaning. The majority of customers are regular tradesman in the Southern Highlands so excellent customer service is needed to uphold customer satisfaction and relationships. This role will start as casual at 40 hours per week with the opportunity to move to a permanent position for the right applicant.

**Duties**
- Serving and assisting customers at the Trade Counter
- Speaking with customer and suppliers on the phone
- Ordering and receipting in stock
- Warehousing duties
- Local deliveries of plumbing supplies
- Picking and packing orders
- Maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
- Workdays are Monday to Friday full days, along with every second Saturday 7am - 12pm

**Requirements**:

- Manual Drivers Licence
- General Computer Skills
- COVID-19 Vaccination
- Customer Service Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Manual Driver Licence (preferred)
- LR Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
