- **Key Job Responsibilities**:
As a Trade Assistant, you’ll support tradespeople and operational staff in our workshop, helping to maintain and repair world-class underground mining equipment. You’ll play a key role in upholding safety standards and contributing to our inclusive, positive team culture. Some key responsibilities will be
-- Assist tradespeople with material handling, machine strip-downs, and project work
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and order, including waste management and stock control
- Operate forklifts and pendant cranes (if certified)
- Adhere to all safety policies and promote safe practices
- Support quality assurance and compliance with company procedures
- **What You’ll Need to Succeed**:
-- Previous experience in a workshop environment
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality
- Forklift ticket (desirable)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
