Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator

The Australian BioResources Pty Ltd (ABR) facility in Moss Vale, NSW, is a state of the art centralised facility specialising in the breeding of genetically modified mouse lines for Garvan and partner institutes. Services provided include import/export, rederivation, cryopreservation, and microinjection using the latest targeting technologies. The facility is supported by a world-class animal management system called “Stuart”.

THE OPPORTUNITY
The Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator role will be based at ABR, Moss Vale. The focus of this role is to expand the sales of ABR products and services, and to co-ordinate with the rest of the administration team to ensure client enquiries and sales are handled in an efficient and professional manner.

**Salary**: Annual salary of $75,000 (prorated to FTE0.2) + superannuation + salary packaging

Employment Type: This is a part time one day per week role

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Deliver exceptional first point of contact support to clients enquiring about ABR products and services.
- Maintain and update the ABR website as an attractive client portal that promotes ABR and services the needs of clients.
- Co-ordinate sponsorships, and staff trade exhibit booths.
- Visit client facilities to promote ABR services.
- Maintain & update client details on ABR systems.
- Investigate new markets for ABR products and services.
- Work with others in the administration team to ensure all sales and service enquiries and requests are dealt with in an efficient and professional way.
- Manage customer service agreements, promoting the development of new ABR partnerships.

ABOUT YOU
- A degree in science
- Experience and/ or qualifications in marketing
- Experience in developing marketing materials across a range of platforms.
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to develop, manage and maintain internal and external relationships
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem solving, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well and flexibly in small teams and with a wide range of varying stakeholders
- Must have a current driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
