Are you a motivated and career orientated sales professional looking for your next rewarding opportunity?

An exciting sales position has become available due to an internal promotion Based in our Canning Vale Store, this role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with our valued trade customers.

This is a full-time, permanent position, working on a rotating roster with some weekend work, including weekend loading rates.

**ABOUT YOU**

We are looking for a sales superstar You thrive on the relationships you build with your customer base.
- Proven sales track record, experience within the building or hardware industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent business building and prospecting skills
- Team player that has a passion for retail sales
- The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities
- Be a hands-on, practical person with a good technical ability
- Be honest, self-motivated and have a passionate desire to be successful
- Estimating experience will be highly valued, but is not essential

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Growing sales and achieving targets
- Maintaining and developing relationships with all assigned customers
- Identifying and developing new customers
- Preparing project quotations and sales proposals
- Liaising with the operations team to improve product design and customer service
- Identifying new product and market opportunities
- Adherence to Stratco safety and other policies, contributing to a safe working environment
