**The Opportunity**:
Our Frontrunner Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) is a market leader in automated mobile plant technology and continues to grow into other products outside of haul trucks

We are looking for a Mining Systems Manager to lead a team of engineers improving the Frontrunner performance and system safety for our customers.

This includes System Safety, through engineering design, behaviour, practice, or process improvements.

Your team will consist of data, mining and mechatronics engineers to enable a wide scope to drive performance across many areas of the products.

Continually improving on our technology is vital. You will provide end to end improvement support including recommendations through to implementation with customers and stakeholders as well as productivity modelling for new customer opportunities.

With your background in data analytics, systems or software engineering, or automated systems, you can lead the way for our Frontrunner technology performance.

**Role Located**:Welshpool, WA

**What we are looking for**:

- Mining background preferred, not essential
- Degree in engineering (Mechatronics, Software, or Process preferred)
- Experience in a leadership role, enabling high performing teams
- Experience in System Safety Engineering processes preferred, not essential
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Systems knowledge with automation experience
