**SMS Mining Services is a privately owned, West Australian based Mining Contractor. Founded in 2000, SMS has progressed from being solely Equipment Rental to now having extensive involvement in the Maintenance, Contract Mining and Drill and Blast Divisions.**

**About the Role**:We are currently looking for a maintenance administrator to join the team here at the Welshpool Head Office.
- Maintenance of Site Plant Registers
- Daily Maintenance Reporting
- Assisting with quarterly QRM
- Provide Administration support to the site maintenance team
- Data processing
- Assisting with Procurement tasks including Purchase Orders and Job Cost coding
- Assisting with invoicing, quoting, contract preparation and variations
- Assisting with asset movements, PPSR requirements
- Preparing and assisting with monthly reporting
- General Administrative Support
- Monday - Friday permanent position

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a contract mining maintenance administrator essential
- Highly organised and strong attention to detail
- Accurate data entry skills and excellent priority management skills
- AMT Software experience (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- You will be a self-starter who is able to demonstrate initiative
- Strong work ethic with a positive and friendly attitude and demeanour
- Possesses the drive to learn and grow within your role and the business
- A high attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your role
