As a Trainer you will deliver engaging training sessions and assessments to both internal and external employees.

You’ll also create an exceptional customer experience by ensuring the smooth use and upkeep of systems, processes, and tools for an outstanding journey for every learner.

Plus, you’ll use of our state-of-the-art AHS systems to find opportunities for productivity improvements.

**Role Located**:FIFO to Pilbara ex Perth, with occasional Perth requirements

**Roster**:8/6 dayshift only roster (with flexibility)

**What we are looking for**:

- Individuals who are passionate for learning and helping others succeed

**_Desirable (not essential)_**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or Bachelor in education
- PowerPoint and Excel familiarity
- Operational mining knowledge
