**Your role**

The Coordinator Statewide Time & Attendance is responsible for the development, review, management, and implementation of comprehensive projects relating to standardising time and attendance including Workforce Management (WFM) system, establishment management and workers compensation payroll processes for all centres and business units in Youth Justice (YJ). The coordinator role will be central point of contact for Shared Services & Customer Experience (SSCX Payroll), and internal business units in addressing scheduling and payroll processing issues, drafting procedural documents and acting as the interface between all centres and the SSCX.

**What you’ll do**
- Design, implement and coordinate projects to standardise time and attendance, implement procedures, WFM implementation and testing, scheduling, and workers compensation payroll processes.
- Manage and oversee major aspects of project management and implementation, including research and analysis, monitoring project plans and coordinating resources.
- Provide timely advice, recommendations and communicate with key stakeholders across Youth Justice and SSCX regarding project status and implementation issues, by building key strategic relationships with all stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse operational data to identify emerging trends, identify casual usage to inform recruitment strategy, managing system implementation/update to WFM, identifying change impact and implementing solutions.
- Develop, maintain, and regularly test Business Continuity Plans (BCP), conduct security audits and implement business processes for working with children check, first aid, driver’s licence expiry in systems to protect against disruptions as well as maintaining user security.
- Manage all aspects of WFM implementation for Centres including future rosters, user guides, reporting, training and integrating with MyWorkZone under PaTH project.
- Liaise with the Public Service Association regarding staff entitlements, payment in contentious circumstances or particular circumstances for individual rostered staff.

**What we’re looking for**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout NSW.
- Working with Children Check clearance in accordance with the Child Protection (Working with Children) Act 2012
- National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
