**ROLE PURPOSE**:
To provide support and assistance to the Accounts Payable Team.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Manage allocated Vendor accounts.
- Processing high volume LIV invoices in accurate and timely manner
- Ensuring that assigned inventory suppliers are paid according to negotiated terms and only after a valid liability of Winc has been proven by way of receipted and correctly priced purchase order or appropriately approved non-inventory invoice.
- Ensuring a professional, helpful, and businesslike image to all those persons dealt with on behalf of Winc as well as internal customer.
- Reconciliation of Supplier Statement
- Monitor and control aging in FBL1N and MR11 report
- Monitor Blocked and parked Items and resolve.
- Ensure all negotiated discount term are captured per vendor.
- Liaising with associates, suppliers, and warehouses to resolve outstanding issues.
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties required. Daily reporting.
- Process Invoices in OCR System, Astea and Ariba systems
- Managing ASTEA and Ariba processing
- Adhoc duties as required with Accounts Payable Team

- Experience working in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid AP SAP experienced
- Advanced Excel preferred
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
