**The Role**:
Based in our Mascot HQ, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for the financial bookkeeping and records of 5B. The role will also ensure accurate recording of transactions, payments and expenses and process invoices.

The role will report directly to the Accounts & Payroll Manager.

**Key Deliverables/ Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable and payments to trade creditors as per payment terms.
- Monthly review of statements.
- Accurate and timely processing of intercompany invoices/transactions
- Processing and follow-up of corporate Credit Card receipts/ transactions
- Completion of Bank and other reconciliations
- Assisting with general Ledger maintenance
- Awareness of Internal Control policies and procedures

- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- High level of emotional intelligence; resilient
