Are you a skilled bookkeeper looking for a new challenge in the engineering industry? Our client is an established engineering company seeking a reliable and experienced Accounts Clerk to join their team.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Key responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Xero
- Accounts Payable
- Full function Accounts Receivable
- Prepare financial reports and analyse financial data
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with our accounting and engineering teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Arranging meetings and ordering supplies

To be successful for this position you will be an experienced Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills and a flexible and professional approach. You will have excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality control
