**Your role as Service Coordinator**:

- **Taking calls from clients**:

- Creating tickets
- Assigning and scheduling tickets to technical team
- Ensuring issue is addressed in a timely manner
- Updating clients with progress
- Reviewing status of tickets
- Ensuring a proactive approach to client support

Working with the support team to provide proactive support to clients. Help with improving support processes. A culture built around working together and helping each other while also helping clients.

**What you need to have**:

- Experience with the following:_
- Communicating with clients
- _Taking and managing phone calls_
- Positive can do attitude
- Working with a team
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- Scheduling or coordination experience beneficial
- Keyboard and systems proficiency
- Excellent communication skills
- Client documentation
- Speaking English fluently is essential

You will be an enthusiastic people person and will be called upon to demonstrate the above skills at interview.

A stable work history plus relevant references will be essential. Be aware that **our main office is located in Port Melbourne**.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
