We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven, and passionate Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team on full-time basis. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will work within a well-established and supportive team and be responsible for the scheduling and dispatch of Service Maintenance Tasks to Field Services.

Qualifications & experience


• Well-developed skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Strong organisational capabilities with attention to accuracy and detail

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Managing customer requests for servicing, and scheduled maintenance works.
  • Customer quotes, and labour planning.
  • Prioritise customer requests and allocate resources appropriately.
  • Providing regular and timely updates to customers on the status of jobs attending to their request.
  • Coordinate scheduled preventative servicing and maintenance.
  • Monitor, analyse and report facility management service performance and recommend effective improvement strategies.
  • Ensure effective planning and scheduling of work is carried out within budget and on time.
  • Liaise with site management teams to determine their requirements.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high performing maintenance team that meets agreed objectives, and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
  • Ensure OH&S requirements are met for the contract.
  • Book and coordinate site visits.
  • Obtain quotes and present them to clients.
  • Prepare reports on tradespersons findings.
  • Completing job reviews prior to invoicing.
  • Excellent customer service and the ability to react and prioritise to our clients' needs.
  • The ability to work under pressure and have personal resilience to juggle the competing priorities of the position.
  • Be solutions focused, with a great attitude and personal energy to make things happen.
