**Reporting to: Head Buyer**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Raise and manage domestic/international purchase orders and stock replenishment allocations
- Reviewing inventory across all warehouses, stores and e-Commerce
- Planning and forecasting stock requirements across multiple categories
- Assisting the Buyer and Assistant Buyer with various merchandise and promotional projects
- Review weekly sell-through to develop the weekly flow of merchandise from Warehouse to stores.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and advanced Excel skills; experience with Stock Trim preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must have proven experience in demand planning, inventory control,

**Skills / Qualifications required**:

- Have a passion for retail and a love of Homewares
- Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- Have the ability to multi-task and perform under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Competent numerical, analytical and organisational skills.
- Able to determine own priorities with the adaptability to changing priorities as required to meet deadlines
- A collaborator and team player
- Previous experience in the merchandise or retail industry is a plus.
- Experience with merchandise software systems is a plus.
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
