**About the role**

As an Inventory Clerk you will be responsible for the following:

- Ensure Accurate inventory levels of assigned Customers
- Planning and implementation of inventory strategies to achieve the highest accuracy as per the customer expectations
- Ability to drive cycle counts and investigate the root cause of the variances.
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Managing system reconciliation
- Optimal utilisation of warehouse locations through consolidation of SKUs, Batches, and locations
- Proper utilisation of warehouse aisles through occupancy reports and alerting when warehouse stocks reaching close to its capacity
- Managing regular or periodic cycle counts and stock takes as agreed with the customers
- Coordinating with the customers for regular disposal of obsolete, damaged, and expired stocks

**Shift Pattern**: 8.30/9am-4.30/5pm - Monday to Friday

- Able to effectively communicate and drive collaboration across multiple levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must show commitment to excellence in warehouse and logistic operations
- Good understanding on cycle counts & stock take
- Knowledge on system reconciliation
- Ability to prioritise
- Excellent Excel skills
- Detailed knowledge of Warehouse Management System
