**The Opportunity**

As the Inventory Controller you will collaborate with other departments to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time. As well as:

- Manage stock levels through Daily and weekly cyclic counts and stock take analysis
- Raise purchase orders based on stock level requirements and track status for completion
- Ensure cycle count processes are in place and completed to enable accurate stock level management
- Prepare stocktake data inputting of monthly stocktake and reconcile stocktake results
- Manage inter-company transfers including stock control, invoicing and transport requirements and ensuring information systems track and record all stock movements
- Processing of stock receivables both local and intercompany
- Consignment stock control
- Preparation of all site related invoices including coding, matching purchase orders to invoices and verification of transport related con notes to invoices before approval for payment
- Investigation of discrepancies to final solution of any issue

**About You**

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. As well as:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office - strong skills in managing and interrogating data for analytical purposes
- IT savvy with the ability to manage and maintain ERP systems with relevant information
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Gathers and interprets relevant data to support decisions and solve problems
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and make plans to deliver on competing priorities
- Robust people skills with good empathy and excellent communication skills
