We’re now looking for an experienced and dynamic Manufacturing Manager to join our team and help drive our operations to the next level.

**About the Role**

As Manufacturing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimising our production operations. Reporting directly to the General Manager (Josie) and Owner (Grant), you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, manage our talented production team, and ensure we deliver on our promise of quality and performance. With a strong focus on efficiency, quality assurance, and team leadership, you will help shape the future of Edencraft’s operations and contribute to our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows and minimise errors.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the management team, including Patrick (Fitout Manager) and Nathan (Production Manager).
- Maximise the use of Jobman to streamline operations and provide actionable insights for future decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce wastage, and improve team performance.
- Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, conducting regular audits and training sessions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align production goals with strategic objectives.

**About You**

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a passion for manufacturing excellence and team development. You’ll have a strong track record in managing production teams, implementing systems, and achieving measurable results.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management, ideally in custom or high-performance production environments.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams.
- Expertise in implementing and optimising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Strong proficiency in manufacturing management systems (Jobman or similar).
- Exceptional problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Project management; managing multiple complex projects at any given time.
