Melbourne- Wealth Management- PermanentThis position has become available due to a departure from the Portfolio Management team within the Wealth Management division of a global institution in Melbourne. The team has extensive engagement with the internal and external advisor network to help manage client portfolio accounts. This role works as part of the Portfolio Management team.

The role is operations-based working closely with Technology, Branch Administration and the Business to deliver a high level client service, update/maintain client portfolio details, reconcile client portfolio holdings, reconstruct client cost history & deliver accurate tax reporting.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience within wealth management operations
- Ideally IRESS (IPS especially), xPlan or Praemium
- Understanding of corporate actions,retail client tax reporting and equity ops
- Excellent communication skills.
