**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Portfolio Analyst, you will be directly contributing to the success of the Australian Government JLL contract. You will be assisting the Transaction Management team in undertaking Property industry research relating to Market Sweeps and Lease Transaction Plans in support of the portfolio.

You’ll be working autonomously, liaising with Transaction Managers and Lease Administrators and overseeing functions such as market research, reporting, reviewing process mapping. The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for delivering the service deliverables to the client, supporting reporting and transaction management processes.

**An Overview of the role**:
Assist the Transaction Management team, undertaking Property industry research in support of the portfolio
Reconciliations in support of Rent Reviews, adhoc invoicing and landlord invoicing
Assist Transaction Management team in the prompt delivery of reports to the client
Provide a liaison function between Lease Administration and Transaction management by building relationships, raising requests for Portfolio updates, appropriately file documentation, undertake audits and manage data
Support the update of templates, reports, process maps and support documents that meet the requirements of the Deed and align with industry Best Practices
Provide support function to the Leasing Director to ensure key deliverables are managed in support of the team and the contract requirements

Excellent analytical and organisational skills
An Australian Citizen - Due to the Government Accounts requirements
High competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Understanding of and ability to complete account reconciliations
Ability to deal with and address complex problems in an ever-changing environment
Experience in the Property Industry including Lease Administration and/or Transaction Management
Ability in working autonomously and within a team
Completion/completing further tertiary studies in Property, Business or Finance (desirable)
