**The Role**
Our Group Manager - Human Resources is a true generalist position responsible for delivering all strategic, operational and human resource improvement projects. This position will contribute to the delivery of best-practice and innovative human resource strategies. We’re people, people, and we hire to our values and culture.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead and develop HR strategy with a focus on supporting our business growth and ensuring the long-term success of the business.
- Lead all people operations functions such as; HR management, culture and engagement, resourcing, compensation and benefits, L&D, diversity & inclusion, employer branding, organisational design and HR platform.
- Champion our company vision and values, embed them in-to all aspects of the people and culture agenda and rally the team around them.
- Lead, drive and motivate our human resources team through support, guidance, and mentorship.
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

**About you**
To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:

- Relevant HR or related qualifications
- Experience in the construction sector highly advantageous
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills and a natural ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Industrial relations experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a senior HR role and leading a team
