About the Role
Coordinate and undertake extensive policy development and research activities on initiatives and issues affecting the future direction of early childhood education, school education and tertiary education in Queensland. Lead significant projects to develop future oriented strategies and policies for early childhood education, school education and tertiary education.
**You will have responsibility for, but not be limited to**:
- Assist in reporting, monitoring, and analysing activities within the Project Delivery Office, Digital Solutions.
- Develop internal policies and processes in consultation with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate governance activities and act as a liaison with various business areas as required.
- Develop and ensure documents meet departmental quality expectations, adhering to established guidelines and standards.
To be successful in this role
- Experience in analysing and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively.
- A track record of delivering high-quality work outcomes, taking ownership of your responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling information and data.
- Proficient writing skills, consistently following the department's style guide.
- A proactive and common-sense approach to your work, seeking innovative solutions and driving continuous improvement.
