**Job Description**:
**Adobe Campaign Specialist**

An exciting opportunity to establish yourself and leave your mark. You will support the Senior Manager Member Growth in building TAL’s Group Insurance portfolio growth strategy.

Initially, the focus of the team has been to understand the commercial viability of the Voluntary Cover book. Part of this work has been identifying target cohorts and developing propositions to engage with members of our super fund partners.

This position will continue this work whilst supporting the management of our digital platform strategy across our CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign and Microsoft Dynamics) and our Analytics Platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Dynatrace). The role will support our CRM activities by integrating our marketing solutions, increasing our CRM capability, and enhancing the quality of insight.

The role requires someone who can operate with breadth and agility with both internal and external stakeholders, including our super fund partners. As the team is chartering its own course, there will be a degree of scope to shape the role as it evolves

**Campaign**
- Working with the Individual life Marketing team, integrate our marketing technology solutions (Adobe Campaign) to ensure platform optimisation and a seamless customer experience
- Support the execution of marketing automation through database development and timely and compliant management of data flows
- Support in PVT testing with IT across our Marketing technology stack
- Maintain and update data connections between Marketing platforms and data warehouses
- Support understanding of levels of interest from our fund partners and develop plans to support them
- Keep up to date with emerging trends and implement best practice

**Planning & Delivery**
- Support the development of targeted propositions
- Support the lifecycle of delivery, including development and execution
- Ensure appropriate governance and compliance measures are in place
- Work with Cyber and Security team to ensure we meet TAL’s Cyber requirements
- Manage our internal stakeholders and external partners

**Reporting & Insight**
- Gather customer insights into digestible, actionable reports and summaries, including customer journey analysis by integrating data from the online and offline member experience. The role will work closely with the Group Digital team in providing actionable insights
- Develop a performance reporting template to monitor performance against targets
- Gather and communicate insights from reporting and deeper-dive analysis
- Make considered and justifiable recommendations

**Qualifications**:
**Essential**
- At least two years Adobe Campaign experience
- Experience using web analytics tools and testing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch & Google Analytics
- Knowledge of CRM and marketing principals
- MS Excel and PowerPoint capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly developed written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to operate iteratively and with ambiguity
- Comfort engaging across the TAL enterprise and with external stakeholders

**Desirable**
- Exposure to direct marketing concepts and operations, including proposition development
- Querying in SQL (Member Service data team use R and Python)
- HTML coding and Java Script coding experience
- Sound understanding of Australian insurance market and regulatory frameworks
- Understanding of the superannuation industry
- Tertiary education in business, finance, economics, statistics, science etc
