The Challenge
The Customer Success Manager for the Advertising Cloud solution will be responsible for high-level relationship management and act as client liaison during delivery of a professional services engagement or an outsourced solution.
Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, maintaining client communication, and the overall management of client relationships. Works to identify new business opportunities and works with delivery team to execute on contract terms and conditions and to ensure on-time delivery of projects that support the client’s business
What you'll do
Responsible for the client satisfaction with Ad Cloud across the DSP & Search, working with the account management team to deliver results
The operational line of defense for campaigns; the lead for performance strategy and activation
Support the client onboarding process, working collaboratively with the implementation team
Updated account plans for DSP & Search, Quarterly
Campaign Quality that deliver to client goals
Responding to client requests - troubleshooting, support and filing tickets
Ensuring billing is managed on time and accurately
Pacing, delivery and KPI achievement checks
Analyze performance metrics and proactively assist with campaign performance enhancements
Identify trends in data to drive optimization strategies
Identify quality-improving and feature improvement opportunities
Funding Requests
Client reporting
Trafficking (or management of through ACS)
Post launch validation
Data validation and accuracy checks
Client Growth & Retention
Ensure the client is satisfied with the product features
Build a positive relationship and rapport with the day to day contact/s for the DSP & Search
Feature Adoption
Enable the client to realise the value of Ad Cloud, through identifying DSP product features and reporting that the client could benefit from leveraging via training and enablement
