The Opportunity

The DX Marketing team at Adobe is looking for an integrated campaign manager to lead, develop and execute our quarterly thought leadership campaigns.
You will join the fast-paced Strategic Campaigns team who is responsible for producing outstanding content, experiences, and results-driven demand generation programs across Adobe’s Digital Experiences suite of solutions.

You will need to pick things up quickly, as you’re likely to be involved in ambitious but inspiring projects from day one, whether that be creating or localising content, strategizing, or delivering marketing programs including executive decks, paid media, webinars, or virtual events; or reviewing data and analytics to inform future campaigns.

What You’ll Do

Develop and scale our Adobe Experience Cloud awareness building integrated marketing programs for the region with the aim of acquiring new customers and engaging our c-suite audience

Lead and collaborate with our wider-cross functional teams (e.g. global, field, digital, sales and product teams) to ensure success of your campaigns

Scale by partnering and managing internal and external agencies

Regular review and reporting of campaign performance and find opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and return on investment

Measure and track our marketing funnel performance (e.g. Responses, AQLs, MQOs, SQOs, Pipeline, and Bookings)

Manage multiple stakeholders across different levels which involves regular communication on marketing program updates and campaign performance

What's Required to Succeed

Your passion, drive and intellectual curiosity are the most important characteristic we will be looking for

At least 10 years’ relevant marketing experience, B2B marketing and developing multi-channel tactics are a plus

A proactive, flexible and hard-working approach to work

Strong marketing software and reporting skills

Proficient English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

High standard of accuracy with attention to detail and ability to spot trends and patterns

Well organised, able to prioritise tasks and handle time optimally
