**The Opportunity**

Our client has engaged us to find top talent, organise and facilitate a visa through sponsorship and help with relocation. Our client is seeking a
**Technical Support Consultant **to join our team full time who will be working onsite in Sydney. The business is experiencing
**a significant growth in their** customer base across the Asia Pacific Region and now need a Technical Support Consultant to increase coverage of help-desk support.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clientele with technical support and troubleshooting either onsite or virtually.
- Maintain up to date client records.
- Deliver timely resolutions for clients.

**You will have the following skills/experience**:

- Financials/Accounting and Business Management Software support and consulting experience with minimum 5 years' experience.
- MS-SQL skills especially important.

- Sage Intacct (mid-tier/ ERP cloud)
- Sage 200 Evolution (mid-tier ERP)
- Sage 50 Partner (SMB)
- Sage 50 UK (SMB)
- Payroll
