As a Technical Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping our clients implement our cutting-edge systems and solutions. This client-facing position offers a dynamic work environment where you will work with a team of experienced consultants who bring a wealth of knowledge, skills, and experience to their clients.

**Support clients as they embark on their transformational journey**
- Lead and manage activities of the implementation and support team.
- Design, deploy, configure, and support SaaS solution rollouts.
- Review and document clients’ business requirements and progress.
- Assist clients with end-to-end system testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide integration support, such as an explanation of available integration interfaces.
- Perform technical training and training for the client’s Administrators.
- Identify new project opportunities with current and new clients.

**Your professional background**
- Qualifications in ICT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Systems agnostic, hands-on when implementing SaaS ERP and CRM solutions.
- Self-motivation with a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- High levels of professionalism, communication, and problem-solving
- Able to pass probity checks: WWCC, Criminal Record, References
- Highly desirable expertise (training available if required)_
- Experience in Aged Care, Disabilities, Health, or Government sectors.
- Skill in MS SQL databases or contemporary IPaaS software solutions
- E.g. Technology One, Epicor, Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Workato, or equivalents.
