Our client, an employer of choice is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their friendly in person customer service team in Regional Victoria.

**The roles**:

- Face to face customer service with inquiries on daily basis.
- You are responsible for resolution of customer enquiries raised within Customer Service Centres.
- Respond to enquiries in timely manner and efficient.
- Working within a customer service environment, to provide an accurate and efficient response to internal and external customer enquiries
- Confident with data input and accuracy
- Process and provide information on Payment Services inquiries in accordance with established policies and procedure

**Requirements**:

- A police check will be required
- Vaccination status confirmation-Double vaccinated
- Credit Check is Mandatory

**About you**:

- Able to relate to customers in a positive manner using appropriate communication skills
- Able to identify when to seek support in solving problems and escalate issues as required
- Treat customers with respect and courtesy and remain calm and objective when working under pressure
